Refunds and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refunds and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel and receive a refund, please contact Corten Queensland within one (1) business day of placing your order. After this time, production may have commenced, and cancellation may no longer be possible.
Refunds
If you decide to cancel your order, you must notify Corten Queensland within one (1) business day of purchase. For trade orders or custom projects, please contact the Corten Queensland team directly to discuss your request.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact Corten Queensland to arrange an assessment.
Photographs and/or a physical inspection of the product may be required prior to approval.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you must arrange and pay for delivery or courier services to our workshop:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Corten Queensland cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
